| 摘 要： | 优化廉政文化建设投入是贯彻落实科学发展观的具体体现,是提高执政能力的务实举措,是树立廉洁高效形象的实际行动。在现有反腐倡廉总投入既定条件下,通过合理调整廉政文化建设与其他反腐倡廉工作的工作量,可以达成反腐倡廉总体成效的最大化。优化廉政文化建设投入须以量化廉政文化建设及其他反腐倡廉工作的成效为前提,因此构建廉政文化建设及其他反腐倡廉工作的测度评价指标体系,并对各项反腐倡廉工作的绩效进行定量评估,应当受到关注与重视,并应尽早将其提上议事日程。
