医学如何嵌入生命——对两则医疗纠纷案院方答辩状的分析

在福柯知识/权力观视野下,权力充斥在每一种差异关系中,社会中的一切机构,诸如学校、工厂、医院和家庭等都普遍有权力关系。具体到医患关系,患方缺乏相关医学知识背景,从医学技术角度看就是存在一种差异性关系。现今对医学失望和怀疑的气氛很浓,医学被认为是一对知识、数据和技术项目,而不能嵌入生命,但我们试图在医疗科技与社会伦理价值体系之间建立有效的缓冲及融合机制,使医学能真正嵌入我们的生命。

How Can Iatrology Be Embedded in Life?An Empirical Analysis on the Pleading of the Hospital in Two Medical Tangle Cases

Foucault's theory of knowledge and power insists that power can be found in all differential associations,namely in all institutions such as schools,factories,hospitals and families.As to the doctor-patient relationship,the patients' lack of medical knowledge leads to a kind of differential association.Currently,there is a heavy air of disappointment and doubt about the iatrology that has been regarded as knowledge,data and technological project but it cannot be embedded in life.An effective buffer and compromise mechanism must be established between the iatrology and the system of social ethics,till then iatrology could be embedded in our lives.
