| 摘 要： | 党的十一届三中全会以来,农村基层党组织建设经历了一个探索和改革创新的过程.三十年来农村基层党组织建设的经验表明,必须始终如一地高度重视农村基层党组织建设,以改革创新精神推进农村基层党组织建设,将农村基层党组织的服务功能与政治功能有机统一起来,高度重视农村基层党组织的制度建设,在尊重党员主体地位的基础上推进农村党员队伍建设.农村基层党组织建设必须走开放之路、民主之路、统筹之路、法治之路和民心之路.
