| 摘 要： | 网络色情是指网络上以性或人体裸露为主要诉求的讯息,其目的在于挑逗引发使用者的性欲,表现方式可以是透过文字、声音、影像、图片、漫画等。网络色情链的形成必须有主体、网络平台和赃款,因此,对其管理与预防也应该从此入手。

| Abstract: | Net pornography refers to the information concerning sex or body exposure on the Internet with the aim of seducing users' libido through words,sounds,videos,pictures and caricatures.The formation of net pornography chain must be supported by subjects,net space and illicit money,which can be the attacking point of our administration and prevention. |
