| 摘 要： | 企业信用制度的构建是社会信用制度建设的关键.企业征信给守信企业拓展市场空间,驱逐失信企业,促进市场经济更好地运作.我国企业征信业刚起步,面临着信息瓶颈制约、市场需求不足、专业人才匮乏、发展模式不明四大难题.解题的关键则在于加快信用体系立法,以制度的完善为其开拓发展空间.

| Abstract: | The building of business credit system is the key point of social credit system construction.Business credit report can help businesses with good faith grow,while expelling businesses which break faith,enabling market economy to function successfully.In our country,business credit industry has just begun,facing "information bottleneck","insufficient demand","talent scarcity" and "uncertainty in developing pattern".Resolution to all of these is to fasten legislation on credit system,which will help business credit industry boom through perfecting relating mechanism. |
