| Abstract: | It is emphasized that the reform of marketization for city environmental protection infrastructure must be carried out due to three disadvantages in the current operation system and mechanism in China. The breakthrough should be adjusting the relations between the price and the cost. It also provides suggestions and solutions to establish the marketization system and mechanism for the city environmental protection infrastructure. |
