| 摘 要： | "留守儿童"一词最早出现于20世纪90年代,它是新兴的中国社会文化的衍生词。留守儿童是中国土生土长的特种群体,间接反映了中国特有的社会现象和社会发展状况。全世界仅此中国有如此之现象,归根结底离不开改革开放30年来,中国社会体制的转型所引发的种种社会问题。通过对留守儿童犯罪问题成因进行深入的剖析,并在此基础上提出预防和解决农村留守儿童犯罪问题的对策建议,对于解决当前我国留守儿童问题具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The word ＂left-behind children＂ first appeared in the 1990s, which is a derivative word from new social culture of China. Left-behind children belongs to a special group, which indirectly reflects China＇s unique social phenomenon and social development in the transition period. In order to prevent the left-behind children＇s crimes, the article takes a probe into its causes, and puts forward some suggestions to solve the issue, which has certain reference value for solving such problems of cur country . |
