| 摘 要： | 对旅游者合法权益的保障是《旅游法》的立法宗旨,表现为该法规定了旅游者在旅游活动中的权利、旅游者维权的途径。《旅游法》为保障旅游者合法权益充分享有的同时也规定了其相应的义务,以及国家保障旅游者合法权益的职能等。《旅游法》实施后,其对旅游者合法权益的保障、规范旅游市场秩序、促进旅游业持续健康发展等作用将会逐步显现出来。

| Abstract: | For tourists＂ legal rights and interests guarantee is the legislative？principle of the tourist law, the law provides the tourists with rights in the tourism activities and in way of protecting lawful rights and interests. After the law being carried out, the role in safeguarding tourists＇ legitimate rights and interests, standardizing order of the tourism market, and promoting the sustained and healthy development of tourism industry will gradually emerge. |
