| 摘 要： | 十一届三中全会以来，作为党的助手和后备军的中国共青团，在团内民主建设方面进行了大胆的探索和实践，取得了许多宝贵的经验：着重团的集体领导，反对和避免个人崇拜；着力于力内民主制度化、规范化，避免随意性、盲目性；着眼于团员主体地位和权利的保障，注重权利与义务的统一；立足于民主政治建设，不断务实团的基层组织建设。系统地总结和研究这些特点和经验具有十分重大的现实和历史意义。
