Discussion about Leader's Dialectical Thinking Ability

Under new situation, all leaders not only should establish the overall consciousness, long-term view and dialectical thinking mode, but also should be good at this thinking method around leaders＇ activities, in decision-making process and when promoting people, in order to improve their Dialectical Thinking ability. Leaders must persist in study, be good at learning and work hard to practise. Constant training is the scientific method for them to enhance this ability.
