| 摘 要： | <反分裂国家法>是维护中华民族根本利益的宪法性文件.它的颁布施行是实施依法治国总方略在处理台湾问题上的极好体现它是中国人民统一祖国、反对分裂的共同意志的集中体现;是中国共产党改革和完善领导方式、执政方式和依法执政的具体体现;是由统治意识到社会守法、执法、司法的法治实践全过程的体现.

| Abstract: | Anti-splitting law is a constitutional document to preserve Zhong Hua Nation's basic interest. Its promulgation and putting into practice embody the general strategy on Taiwan Issue, managed country by law. Firstly unifying nation and violating splitting is a common interest of Chinese people. Secondly, it is a concretely embody reforming and perfecting style of leadership, style of being in power and being in power by law. Thirdly it is a way to embody controlling consciousness and keeping law by society, enforcing law and legal practice of judicature. |
