| 摘 要： | 最密切联系原则作为当代冲突法所确立的一种崭新理论，已被广泛应用于解决涉外民事法律关系的诸多领域，特别在涉外合同关系中成为了解决合同法律适用的主要规则。文章分析了最密切联系原则的形成、性质和适用。
