| 摘 要： | 当今社会劫持人质事件种类逐步增多,实施手段也随之连续翻新。据其独有的特点要求,必须制定一套专门的处置方法:1.快速出动,抢占要点,形成围控;2.建立攻心谈判组,确定接近路线和谈判位置;3.火力隐蔽掩护,攻心谈判等。

| Abstract: | The kinds of kidnapping hostages increase gradually in today’s society,the implement also continues renewal.According to its particular characteristics,a set of special handling methods have to be set:1.act quickly,seize the key point,surround the aim;2.establish the negotiation group,confirm the approaching route and negotiation position;3.cover our people by hidden fire,negotiate with aims;and so on. |
