| 摘 要： | 罪犯脱逃是目前我国狱内又犯罪中发生频率最高、也最为突出的犯罪之一。而脱逃动机的产生是脱逃行为的内驱力,我们可以通过对罪犯脱逃动机的分析并采取有效的控制措施,将罪犯脱逃行为这一狱内又犯罪的发生率降至最低点。

| Abstract: | Criminals' escaping from prison in China is not only of the highest frequency of crime,but also one of the most prominent crime.The escaping motivation is the driving force of the escaping behavior.we can analyze the motivation and take effective control measures to make the escaping acts come to the lowest level. |
