| 摘 要： | 网络信息化的发展提高了民主党派参政议政的前瞻性、主动性,也促进了民主党派参政议政的针对性和全面性,在网络信息化背景下,民主党派的参政议政已积累了一定经验,但依然面临较多问题。当前,要进一步提升各民主党派参政议政能力,就必须通过完善相关制度、创新参政方式和大力培育网络人才等手段,确保网络信息在民主党派参政议政能力建设中起到积极作用。
