| 摘 要： | 本文从对国际商事合同的概念与特点的分析入手 ,总结了全球化背景下国际商事合同规则在国际统一方面所取得的成果 ,并对其成因与特点及适用作了理论分析 ,最后指出 ,随着全球化进程的加快 ,国际商事合同规则的国际统一进程已不可避免 ,其必然得到进一步推进。作者还就此提出了我国的相应对策

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the concepts and characteristics of the international commercial contract,the article primarily summarizes the international uniformity of international commercial contract rules, and also analyzes its cause, characteristics and application theoretically. At the last part of the article, the future of the international uniformity of international commercial contract rules is expected and the corresponding countermeasures of China are put forward. $$$$ |
