| Abstract: | In civil proceedings,the order of the parties to initiate litigation is to get a favorable ruling on its own.Judgments often depend on the results of the strength of the parties to present evidence.So,the way to distribute the responsibility of raising the evidence fairly,reasonably and lawfully between the parties,is very necessary and important. |
