| Abstract: | Merger ＆ Acquisition （hereinafter referred to as M＆A） generally means that one company pur-chases the share rights or assets of other enterprises, merges other enterprises, or consolidates other enterprises by means of oriented introduction of equity investment. M＆A is a quite common economic activity in daily economic life, so is transnational M ＆A.
