| 摘 要： | 党校教育文化是一种崭新的行业文化，党校教育已经有八十多年的实践历史，但其深涵的文化意蕴并没有得到充分的挖掘，文化意识是现代社会的主流意识，时代对党校教育提出了文化上的更高要求，只有以显性策略构建起党校教育文化，才能迅速提高党校教育的文化力和竞争力，打造出党校教育文化的响亮品牌。

| Abstract: | Education culture of the Party school is a new profession culture.Though education of the Party school has been in practice for more than 80 years,its cultural spirit has not been fully scouted.Culture sense is the mainstream in modern times and it presents higher demands to education of the Party school in culture.We should establish education culture of the Party school with dominant strategy to improved its culture ability and competitiveness rapidly and cultivate a famous brand of education culture of the Party school. |
