中央苏区时期提升干部学习能力的经验及其启示

The Experiences of the Central Soviet Area in Improving Cadre's Learning Ability and the Enlightening Significance

To build the learning party and learning organization is a long-term fundamental task of our party.During the period in the Central Soviet Area,many effective measures were taken to strengthen cadre education and training and improve the cadre＇s learning ability,and a batch of talents in governing the party,the country and the army were cultivated to play a irreplaceable role in carrying out the counter-encirclement military struggle and consolidating the soviet red political power.These measures still have a great enlightening significance for our current work.
