试论新型干部学院办学环境优化——以中国井冈山干部学院为例

任何一个组织都面临对其环境的依赖与利用改造的辩证关系。体现开放式办学理念的新型干部学院要处理其与环境的关系，即优化办学环境。本文应用管理学的相关理论，结合中国井冈山干部学院的具体实践，对新型干部学院的环境要素构成与基本优化途径进行了梳理和探讨，并总结了优化办学环境的几点启示。
