| 摘 要： | 从唯物辩证法角度看刑事案件现场具有的客观性和特殊性,对现场真与假、主与次、变动与非变动、多与少、大案现场与小案现场等,应做辩证分析,抓住矛盾的共性和个性,“重点论”和“两点论”相结合,透过现象看本质,通过偶然性掌握必然性,弄清案件的因果联系。

With the concrete practice of criminal investigation, we can observe and study the importance of Materialist Dialectics which plays a guidance role in the criminal investigation from the following three respects: the distinguishing feature of on-the-spot investigation, the contradictions met on-the-spot investigation, and the analyses of cases on-the-spot investigation. |
