突发事件信息传播的法律规制

我国突发事件的信息传播呈现鲜明的政府主导性,引致信息流通不畅和肆意传播的弊端,没有起到通过信息传播提高公众参与度,促进危机解决的危机信息传播目的,甚至延长或加重了危机的过程。应从立法上予以规制,明确严格规范政府的信息发布行为,建立完善媒体、公众参与信息传播的制度,保障个人信息权利。
