| 摘 要： | 利用英语课堂培养具有创新能力的人民警察是公安院校英语教师的重要职责。学生创新能力的培养,必须以教师的创新意识及能力为前提。教师应以兴趣为出发点,创设有利于学生创新能力的良好氛围,使学生在自主、合作和探索中发展创新思维。

| Abstract: | It's an important duty of the public security college teachers cultivating creative police by English class. It must be on the basis of the teacher's creative ideology. Teachers are to begin from interest, create the atmosphere good for cultivating the students' creative ability, so that the students develop the creative thinking ability in independence, cooperation and exploring. |
