| Abstract: | The principle of good faith,being a general clause,is an important tool of legal interpretation,and reasonable application of it demands unified legal interpretation.Only confirming the principle of good faith and discretionary power in legislation,and limiting the direct application of the principle through legal interpretation,can the related trials be reasonable. |
