转型期中国政治发展与政治文化的构建

本文在马克思主义唯物史观的指引下,通过对政治发展和政治文化这两个概念进行理论上的梳理,从学理上归纳了转型期我国政治发展所取得的主要成就,认为政治文化在政治发展中具有基础性的地位;同时还提出了构建我国新型政治文化所包含的六个方面的内容,即,政治体系合法性的增强、政治参与水平的提高、法律契约现念的养成、独立政治人格的形咸、理性价值观念的树立和工作实绩的强调。

The Political Development and Reconstruction of Political Culture during the Transitional Period in China

With the guidance of Marxist materialism, the author learnedly concludes the main achievements in the area of Chinese political development during the transitional period by carding the concept of political development and political culture, the paper points out that the political culture pays a fundamental role at the process of political development. There are six aspects in constructing new political culture, that is, enhancing the legitimacy of political system, advancing the level of political participation, cultivating the ideal of law and contract, forming the independent political personality, erecting the rational value and emphasizing the working performance.
