摘    要:政府部门绩效考核可定义为对政府部门的工作效率、能力、服务质量、公共责任和公众满意程度等方面的分析与评价。完善政府部门目标责任制的考核路径对开展有效的政府绩效考核具有重大的理论意义和实践意义。

Abstract:Government departments can be defined as performance evaluation of the efficiency of government departments,capaci-ty,quality of service,public liability and public satisfaction with the level of analysis and evaluation.And it is meaningful to improve the path of effective of government objectives of the examination,so government performance evaluation is of great theoretical and practical significance.
