建设服务型政府存在的问题与法律对策

从转变政府职能、深化行政管理改革的意义上说，服务型政府是我国行政管理改革的目标选择。建设服务型政府，是各级政府实践“三个代表”重要思想、落实科学发展观的积极探索。为民众提供服务是政府唯一的目的，但并不是说，只要为了民众的利益，就可以为所欲为，还要注重“实现”的方式。为防止将民众利益作为个别人谋取私利的幌子，我们必须健全服务型政府的各项制度。

On the Existing Problems and Means of Building Service Government

With regard to transformation of governmental functions and deepening administration reform, service government is the goal of it. Governments at all levels have actively studied the ＂important thought of three represents＂ and carry out ＂the scientific development view＂ to probe into the service government. Governments take service to the community as their sole goal. But that doesn＇t mean they can do whatever they like for public interests. How to practice is very necessary. Therefore, using the interests for one＇ s own profit must be prevented by perfecting institutions of serving government.
