城市化创新模式研究

改革开放以来,随着经济的快速增长,我国城市化进程越来越快,高速发展的城市化带来了巨大的发展问题,城市不断地蔓延,城市土地面积不断扩大。导致城市人口迅速膨胀的同时,土地供需矛盾严峻、生态环境日趋恶化、道路交通拥堵严重、社会稳定存在隐患等综合性问题。本文在这种背景下,提出建立立体城市的城市化创新发展模式,以期能够解决居民的居住、生态环境、道路交通、土地供需矛盾及社会和谐稳定等问题。

Research on innovation model of urbanization

Since reform and opening, with the rapid economic growth,China＇s urbanization process has been faster and faster, the rapid development of urbanization has brought tremendous development issues that the city continues to spread and urban land area is expanding.As the rapid expansion of the urban population, the conflict between supply and demand of land is severe, the ecological environment is deteriorating, the traffic congestion is serious, and the hidden dangers are existing. In this context, the paper proposed to establish innovation and development model of urbanization bythree-dimensional city, in order to be able to solve the residents＇ housing,ecological environment, traffic, conflict between supply and demand of land, social harmony and stability and other issues.
