| Abstract: | The philosophy is the first element of law enforcement. The article proposed that constructing rule of law in China requires prosecutors to deeply think their legal supervision philosophy, and expounded the importance of firmly establishing the concept of legal supervision coordinated with the rule of law in China and performing legal supervision functions according to the law in promoting the judicial reform to provide strong judicial guarantees for building rule of law in China. |
