| 摘 要： | 法德两国同属大陆法系国家,因其均选择了适合本国国情的司法制度,对本国文明的高度发展起了极大的促进作用。我国应吸收法德司法制度中的精华,调整现有的审级结构,重视司法改革和司法保障,提高司法工作人员的素质,建立适合我国国情的司法制度。

| Abstract: | The France and Germany are belonging to the common law system.it is a proper judicial system for the two countries to promote the civilization development.We should reference the good contents in this kind of system,and adjust trail grade structure,pay attention to jurisdiction reform and safeguard,enhance judicial officers' qualification,build up the proper judicial system. |
