论毛泽东对中国优秀传统文化的继承和发展

毛泽东在运用马克思主义的基本原理分析、阐述中国革命和建设的现实问题时,中国优秀传统文化中一些有关的思想成果往往被他得心应手地应用过来,有的是直接引用,有的是经过改造,有的是赋予了新的含义,从而成为他的思想观点的一部分,或成为他的某些思想观点的表达方式。毛泽东的这一做法为我们今天正确地对待和合理地利用中国的优秀传统文化以及大力弘扬和培育民族精神提供了诸多有益的启示。

On Mao Zedong's Inheritance and Improvement of China's Excellent Traditional Cultures

While analyzing and illustrating the realistic problems concerning China's revolution and construction with the basic principles of Marxism, Mao Zedong either very well quoted some related ideological achievements of China's excellent traditional cultures directly or improved them by enriching their connotations, and thus included them as a part of his ideological viewpoint or adopted them as a way of expressing his ideas. His way of developing his ideas gives us much enlightenment in our dealing with, our reasonable utilization of China's excellent traditional cultures at the present time and our fostering and carrying forward of our national spirit.
