| 摘 要： | 公共事业管理专业是我国近年来开办的新专业,培养的是复合型、应用型的管理人才。目前,该专业在建设过程中面临专业定位不太清晰、专业特色不够明显、课程设置较为混乱、就业形势相对严峻等诸多问题。公共事业管理专业建设应适当控制办学规模,科学定位专业方向,合理设置课程体系,注重专业教材建设,加强师资队伍建设,积极探索学生实践模式,并可尝试开办"社区管理与服务"专业方向,以解除公共事业管理专业目前存在的危机。

| Abstract: | Public affairs management is a new specialty started in recent years in China,which aimed in developing complex talent and practical management talent.At present,this major is facing many difficulties in vague orientation,unclear features,messy course installation,and comparative poor competency in job hunting etc.Public affairs management should control the size of schooling,and manage to take measures in scientifically specializing,reasonable courses designing,emphasizing textbook composing,enhancing teacher education,effectively exploring students' practice model,and trying to specializing in "community management and service",in order to tackle crisis of Public affairs management. |
