| 摘 要： | 现行审判委员会制度有利于保证办案质量，维护司法公正和提高人民法院的审判水平，但也存在许多不容忽视的问题。其主要表现在：讨论案件的范围不明确，提交讨论的案件过多过滥；讨论案件的程序不规范，背离审判活动的某些基本原则；审委会内部运行机制不健全，案件讨论质量偏低。针对这些问题，必须采取相应对策
