香格里拉森林资源保护调查研究

香格里拉是迪庆藏民“心中的日月”,是人与自然和谐共处的理想境地,代表着永恒、宁静、和平,拥有着丰富的令人羡慕的森林资源。但是,由于在立法、执法、守法、管理诸方面存在不足,以及在农村能源建设、林区职工利益、自然保护区建设、生态旅游等方面存在问题,给香格里拉森林资源保护带来了负面影响。应当针对引起香格里拉森林资源衰减的成因,有的放矢地采取保护和发展的措施。

Investigation of Forest Resources Conservation of Shangri-la

Shangri-la is "the sun and moon in the heart" of the Tibetans in Diqing,as an ideal land for the harmonious coexistence between man and nature,standing for eternity,quietness and peace,which owns rich forest resources.However,there are some shortages in the legislation,law executing,law abiding and management etc,and problems concerning rural energy exploit,the interests of forest-workers,nature reserve and eco-tourism etc.These bring negative effects to forest resources conservation of Shangri-la.Therefore,we should consciously take protective and improving measures in the light of the origin of Shangri-la's forest resources declination.
