| 摘 要： | 对“以学生为本”的工作理念内涵进行剖析,有助于对大学生思想政治教育“以学生为本”工作理念的认识深化和具体落实。本文认为,“以学生为本”的工作理念包含“以学生的需求为本、以学生的素质为本、以学生的能力为本、以学生的发展为本”四个方面的内涵。高校思想政治教育要在满足学生的需求、提高学生的素质和能力、促进学生的发展上发挥服务、引导、提升作用。

| Abstract: | Analyzing the student-oriented work idea will help to understand deeply and realize the student-oriented work idea of the ideological and political education of university students.The paper divides the student-oriented work idea into four categories,including students'need-oriented,students'quality-oriented,students'ability-oriented,and students'development-oriented.The ideological and political education of university students should play the role of service,guidance,and encouragement in meeting the students'needs,promoting the students'quality and ability and encouraging the students'development. |
