| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO后,对出入境管理的政策法规、管理方式、管理机制和体制、管理队伍诸方面都将产生许多影响.故此,要加强政策研究,完善政策法规;改进管理方式,提高整体管理效能;调整现行体制,完善工作机制,建立与国际通行做法相一致的出入境管理体制、机制;提高队伍素质,建设一支高水平的出入境管理队伍.

| Abstract: | China's entry into WTO is to exert much influence upon exit - entry administration and policy and laws and regulations, administration mode, mechanism and system and the contingent, etc. Hence, it is required to strengthen the research of policy and perfect the policy and rules and regulations, improve the administrative mode and enhance the overall administrative efficiency, adjust the current system and perfect working mechanism and establish the exit - entry system and mechanism conformed with the international practice, improve the quality of the contingent and construct a high - level exit - entry administrative rank. |
