| Abstract: | According to the article 133 of the Criminal Law,the act of one's escape resulting in the death of another person after one has caused a traffic accident constitutes the crime of traffic accident with a heavier punishment.But this act will perhaps constitute the crime of committing homicide intentionally.This article thoroughly illustrates the reason. |
