大学生就业心理压力问题调查与分析

本文通过调查问卷的方式,以浙江大学信息与电子工程学系学生为例,针对大学生的就业心理压力源、男女生就业态度等方面进行调查统计与分析,了解目前大学生在择业就业中存在的心理问题,并提出构建社会、学校、家庭、学生四位一体的就业心理咨询辅导体系,有利于学校对大学生进行有针对性的就业指导,帮助大学生更好地踏入社会,走上工作岗位。

Investigation and Analysis of Psychological Pressure in College Graduate Employment

This article makes an investigation and analysis of the source of psychological pressure and employment attitude of both male and female college students through questionnaires given to students from the Information Science and Electronic Engineering Department of Zhejiang University and finds some psychological issues of college students in choosing their career.The article holds that we should set up a Four-in-One system for career coaching and psychological consultation in a four-sided integration of the society,the school,the family and the student.The system will be beneficial to the school in guiding students to find employment and help them step into the society and get a job position.
