| 摘 要： | 入世之后如何扩大对外开放?根据江泽民主席"既要‘引进来',又要‘走出去'"的指示精神,我们要加强实施"走出去"战略.文章入世对我国实施"走出去"战略带来的机遇和挑战,提出了"十五"期间实施"走出去"战略的规划,并从政府的宏观管理、已经"走出去"的企业和准备"走出去"的企业三个方面提出了相应的对策.

| Abstract: | How to expand the opening to the outside world after China's WTO entry ? According to the spirit of Jiang Zemin's both "Bring in" and "Going out ", we must enforce the "Going out " strategy. This article analyses the opportunity and challenge China will meet after its WTO entry , and puts forward the programme of carrying on " Going out " strategy in the phase of the 10th Five-Year Plan, meanwhile it also suggests countermeasures from the aspects of government's macro-management, the "having-gone-out" enterprises and the "ready-to- go- out "enterprises. |
