| 摘 要： | 对新闻媒体而言,新闻传播是突发公共事件信息反馈的重要组成部分。这不仅仅是突发公共事件发生后采取的应对措施,而且是依据突发公共事件管理计划制定的信息反馈方针和战略。因此,必须正确运用媒体的传播原则、模式和机制,从而提高公众的危机意识和防范突发公共事件的能力。

| Abstract: | To news disseminator, news promulgation is the important component of information feedback of sudden public occurrence. It is not only some measures to be taken after the happen of sudden public occurrence, but also the principle and stratagem of information feedback which constitute according as sudden public occurrence management program. So we must apply the principle, pattern and mechanism of spread of media, improve ability of handling crisis and keeping away sudden public occurrence. |
