| Abstract: | By analyzing the ubiquitous trust deficits in the West, the article defines trust and trust relationship between government and citizens in public administration, then the article analyzes the important role which trust plays and the efforts to rebuild the trust relationship between government and citizens in the administrative innovation of the West. |
