| 摘 要： | 民主政治和谐是和谐社会的主要内容,公民有序的政治参与是构建和谐社会的巨大推动力。文章分析了公民有序政治参与对社会政治稳定、民主诚信社会的有力推动,也指出了无序参与现象的危害,并提出了扩大公民有序参与的相应对策,这就是:实现政治参与法制化;建设理性的参与文化;发展社会中间组织,为和谐社会的构建提供有力的政治保障。

| Abstract: | The harmony of democratic policy is an important component of a harmonious society,and citizens' orderly political participation is a driving force for building a harmonious society.The article analyzes the fact that citizens' orderly political participation helps keep social political stability and develop a democratic trust-oriented society,pointing out the harm of disorderly participation and putting forward the ways to expand citizens' participation as a political guarantee for building a harmonious society.The ways are to make political participation egalized,develop the culture of rational participation and set up social intermediate organizations. |
