| 摘 要： | 冠名权是权利人对于非属于自己所有或支配的对象化事物的冠名所享有的一种民商事权利,它在现实经济生活中有着广泛的适用领域,外在表现形式和具体类型各式各样,而其权利内容与功能丰富多彩,包括对于冠名的使用、处分和排除干涉等.冠名权法律属性独特鲜明,具备统一抽象化为一种独立的人格权类型的经济和法理基础.

| Abstract: | Denomination right refers to a kind of civil and commercial right owned by someone to denominate some object of others.It has extensive applicative fields,varies expressional forms and concrete types,and colorful contents and functions of right,including the using,disposing and excluding interference to this kind of right,etc.In addition,it has distinct legal nature,and is provided with economic and jurisprudential foundation to be abstracted as an independent type of personal right. |
