| 摘 要： | 刑事立案监督工作是检察监督的重要组成部分,是塑造检察监督形象,提高检察机关权威、整体推进检察监督的重要环节。本文在对我国当前司法实践中刑事立案监督工作存在问题及其原因进行分析的基础上,提出相关完善建议。
