On Significance of Strengthening the Rule of Law by Political Parties

There is a rich systematic connotation in strengthening the rule of law by political parties, including democracy and legal system, rights and obligations, etc. Concerning with such contents as subject, object, target, principle, basis, forms, and its relationship with the country under the rule of law, party's law construction emerges together the values of law's supremeness, power restriction, and ruling the state by law. It runs through the whole process of part activity, in which party manages its own affaires and administrates the country, involving every aspect of it. Strengthening the rule of law by the political parties is the need to enhance the party's democracy and validity of administration, and the need to carry out the policy of managing state affairs according to law.
