| 摘 要： | 文章论述了公安院校管理育人的重要性;阐明了公安院校教学工作的"教书育人"、行政管理工作的"管理育人"和后勤工作的"服务育人"的教育一致性原则;指出了在新世纪学校管理工作要坚持与时俱进、开拓创新精神,为21世纪公安工作建设发展提供复合型应用人才。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the importance of administrating and educating people in police college; it expounds education's identical principle of teaching work's "imparting and educating people", administrative work's "administrating and educating people" and rear-service work's "serving and educating people" in police college; it also indicates that in new century administrative work should insist on advancing with the time and developing creative spirit, which can provide composite and applied talents for the construction and development of police work in the 21th century. |
