| 摘 要： | 社会主义市场经济环境下，公安基层基础工作弱化是出现治安状况不良的因素之一，发挥新时期公安基层基础工作的作用，增强基层基础工作的自主权、完善基层治安组织、基础设施建设和法制宣传教育，对于公安队伍建设和社会治安稳定具有积极的推动作用。

| Abstract: | Under the circumstance of socialist market economy, the abatement of the basic work done by basic-level public security organs is one of factors causing the not good public order. Strengthening the right of acting on its own and perfecting the basic organizations of public security and perfecting essential facilities construction and law education function as a positive push to the self-construction of public security and the stability of social order. |
