| 摘 要： | 当前我国商业信息缺失 ,需要法律保护。本文首先讨论信用权的性质和商业信用权的法律特征 ,然后分析了我国商业信用权保护的法律现状。在此基础上提出从建立商业信用法律体系、完善商业风险救济法律制度及增加商业失信成本等方面来完善我国商业信用权的法律保护。
