| 摘 要： | 由于中国缺乏私权观念和私权意识,民事权利向来得不到足够的重视。在民法典即将制定的今天,重申民事权利无疑具有重要的意义。本文在界定民事权利含义的基础上,论述了民事权利的特征和本质,强调民事权利本质属性是利益性。

| Abstract: | The civil rights has never been taken seriously as China is short of the concept and consciousness of the civil rights. It is of great significance to observe the civil rights in the day when the civil code will be made. On the base of giving the explanation of civil rights, this article made clear the features and natures of the tights and stressed that the basic nature of the civil right is about the benefit. |
